The service

Velmo is a short-term rental management service. We manage vacation rentals and communicate directly with our guests about their stays. By using Velmo, you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms

Velmo sends text messages directly to our confirmed guests about their stay — check-in instructions, door and access codes, property information, replies to questions, and optional paid add-ons. Guests opt in by providing their mobile number when they book one of our rentals and agreeing to receive these messages. Consent is given directly to Velmo and is specific to the guest's stay.

• Message frequency varies based on your stay.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how Velmo handles mobile information.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Velmo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable messaging and privacy regulations.
